The super large door is specially designed for aeroshed, dock, steel-making industry, mineral products processing,
fishery and other special industries.
Characteristics for these working condition environment : very large door opening space, very high outdoor wind pressure,
damp and cold exterior, or flying dust.
The super large door is the electric door lifted by the vertical folding, the dimensions can be made according to the concrete door opening, without maximal dimension limit; it can have the independent self-support structure, the materials of its door panel are double-layer polyester fiber base cloth, and the obvious round steel pipe, wind resistant strip, load-bearing base cloth and strong wind pressure are lined in it. Therefore, the super large door is most applied to the above special large-scale door opening of industrial customers.
The flexible sealing of bottom and side of super large door can effectively prevent the dust from corroding, and the electric control system consists of the sealed motor, which guarantees the stability of electric control system. At the same time,
lift the structure and adjust the dimensions and position of beam and wind resistant strip through the vertical folding,
and the super large door can basically resist the wind pressure of any intensity.
The super large door is equipped with the high-sensitivity electronic induction protection device in the bottom; if the protection device induces any obstacle, the door will immediately stop and return to the original position.
