Product characteristic
The industrial sectional door is applied to the outdoor passage, logistics center and external door of factory; the door panel is made of double-layer hot-dip galvanized embossed steel plate, and the even columnar stripe is pressed on the surface; the core materials are polyurethane, the heat resisting coefficient is R=14.96,18.25 and the flame-retardant test reaches A level; the back plate of door panel is equipped with the steel reinforcing band, which can resist the attack of strong wind that is more than 120km/h. the bottom U-shaped ethylene resin, aluminum alloy baffle plate of door hemline, and between rail and wall in the door opening range and door top, which all have sealing strips; the side and top are sealed by sealing strip with slot, and the connection point between door panels is sealed by concave & convex slot and heat insulation pipe; all-round full sealing forms the perfect closed environment, which is anti-freeze, dampproof, waterproof and prevents energy sources from losing. (Safety) balance system uses the built-out torsional spring balance, the service life of which reaches up to 50000-100000 times of working cycles. According to the demand, various specifications of small doors of passage and small observed windows can be selected when the width of door body is less than 5500mm. Select the startup mode matching with your building
According to the size and shape of your building, we can design the overhead door that occupies the minimal space. Therefore, the overhead door must be set along the wall and ceiling. To realize to use such overhead system, there are the following several modes：
General overhead system（NL）
There are enough headroom space for the installation of door shaft system, and the bending rail part is located above beam top (door height).
Improve overhead system（HL）
The maximal available headroom space can be used for leading door panel along the wall (HL-size), through bending rail part, and along the horizontal rail that is parallel with the ceiling to move.
Vertical overhead system（VL）
If the headroom space is more than door height, the door can move up vertically, and it is unnecessary to bend.
