The design of blast resistance shutters is, on the basis of the steel rolling door, to modify the transmission parts, and equip them with blast resistance electric appliances, so as to realize the blast resistance function: the blast resistance motor is controlled by the blast resistance electric control box, and it can drive the winding shaft through the speed control device,to make the curtain plate fixed on the winding shaft move up and down along the guide rails on the two sides, and push the blast resistance button to realize the opening and closing of the door. When the shutter moves to the preset up and down extreme positions, it cuts off the power source of the motor through the limit device, to stop the shutter moving.
Manual operation can be realized by using the manual handle on the blast resistance motor. In the place of mechanical relative movement, it adopts the coupling to replace the sprocket drive, and the friction position inside the guide rail is embedded with copper plates or nylon.
